Henan Key Products of Superhard Materials Innovation Fund passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology

Recently, Henan Province United Abrasives Co., Ltd. undertook the "superfine super-dispersion nano-diamonds with controllable particle size control" and Zhengzhou Sanhua Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., the key to the application of multi-phase phase change temperature-regulating materials in the field of building energy-saving "Technical Research", "JGL Ten Roll High-Precision Hydraulic Servo Twisting Straightening Machine" undertaken by Luoyang Ruiteng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., "Steaming Functional Components for Steelmaking Refining" undertaken by Luoyang Lier Refractory Co., Ltd., Henan Tongcheng Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. The "GGA high-resolution day and night lens" undertaken by the company, and the "high-grade austenitic ductile iron exhaust manifold for high-speed vehicles" undertaken by Xixia County Jinpai Manufacturing Co., Ltd., undertaken by Henan Kastong Technology Co., Ltd. Seven innovation fund projects, such as the “Metal Bonding Agent for Rapid Cocurrent Precipitation and Diamond Tools”, passed the national acceptance.

Seven projects have won a total of 9.9 million yuan for the National Science and Technology SME Innovation Fund, which has boosted investment of 78.72 million yuan, and the capital amplification effect is nearly 8 times. Through the implementation of the Innovation Fund project, the project has further enhanced the company's innovation capability, and obtained 31 patents, including 6 invention patents. Henan Province Joint Abrasives Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Sanhua Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., Luoyang Ruiteng Machinery Co., Ltd. The company and Luoyang Lier Refractory Co., Ltd. and other four companies were recognized as national high-tech enterprises, Henan Province United Abrasives Co., Ltd. presided over the drafting of an industry standard, Henan Tongcheng Photoelectric Co., Ltd. was awarded the national ISO9001 quality management system certification . During the project execution period, the 7 projects realized a total sales income of 274.16 million yuan, a net profit of 36.27 million yuan, and 356 new employees.
