Third, the planning and design unit qualification requirements:

3.1 Having the status of an independent legal person registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China;

3.2 The planning and design unit shall have the qualifications of Grade B and above for urban planning and design issued by the competent administrative department;

3.3 The person in charge of the proposed project design must have the qualification of the national registered urban planner; the registered urban planner who has presided over the relevant planning and design project, and directly participate in the design process and design report.

3.4 The main designers involved in the project must be the on-the-job personnel of the unit, with relevant professional intermediate and above titles;

3.5 The performance of similar planning projects since May 1, 2011 (subject to the date of contract signing);

3.6 The design unit shall hold the original certificate of the results of the bribery crime file issued by the institution where the enterprise is registered or the procuratorate of the project site at the time of bid opening; (the date of issue shall be from the date of the announcement of the tender)

3.7 This purchase does not accept consortium bids.

The bidding procurement project adopts the post-qualification review, and the specific requirements for the qualification review can be found in the bidding documents.
