Conventional injection is the injection of molten plastic into the cavity by high-pressure injection of mechanical energy. However, the stress generated during the injection, pressure holding, cooling, and shrinking processes and the wall thickness of the plastic parts are not uniform, which makes the plastic parts deform and warp, thus affecting the precision of the plastic parts. Nitrogen-assisted injection is also called nitrogen hold-up. It introduces nitrogen high compression (up to 350 bar high) into the cavity (plastic part) to replace the traditional injection pressure. It is clear that the injection molding machine only needs to complete the measurement of 75%-95% of the injection cavity, and the remaining pressure is completed by nitrogen. Since nitrogen forms a hollow nitrogen high pressure bubble inside the plastic part, and the pressure is outwardly expanded by the characteristics of the gas, its stress is constant. Remember that the bubble will always be in the middle, and it will automatically fill the thicker wall according to the shape of the plastic part. After cooling, the exhaust pressure is released before the mold is opened, and as a result, the pressure is maintained on average (without injection stress), and the shrinkage stress is averaged. This results in a stable high-precision size of the plastic part.

Because of the randomness of the gas shape, the product design limit is reduced, and the core drawing or the secondary molding process is no longer desired; 7 nitrogen is the pressure formed inside the plastic part. Therefore, the clamping pressure is lowered. To allow mold size, you can produce on smaller machines, thereby reducing equipment wear and tear.
