Wood preservatives specified in the Conditions include wood preservatives and preservative wood. The content clearly requires that within 2 km of the boundary of the urban planning area, schools, residential areas and other enterprises that are strictly polluting within 1 km, and scenic spots, nature reserves and drinking water source protection areas stipulated by the people's government at or above the county level It is strictly forbidden to build and expand timber anti-corrosion projects in areas that require protection. If the timber anti-corrosion project that has been put into operation in the above-mentioned areas fails to meet the conditions for entry, it shall be rectified within a time limit or withdrawn through “relocation, conversionâ€.
Secondly, the "Conditions" are aimed at the entry requirements. The production capacity of new and modified wood preservatives is not less than 2,000 tons/year; the production capacity of new anti-corrosion wood processing projects is not less than 10,000 cubic meters per year. The production workshop should be treated for anti-leakage and anti-corrosion treatment. Liquids containing wood preservatives that require discharge from pressurized tanks should be recycled, recycled or disposed of. The discharged waste liquid should meet the requirements of the comprehensive sewage discharge standard or the environmental standard of the project site.
The "Conditions" also made the following statement, the new wood preservative production project should enter the chemical park or chemical industry cluster.
