The photoelectric conversion efficiency of LEDs is extremely poor, only about 15% to 20% of the electrical energy is converted into light output, and the rest are converted into thermal energy. Therefore, when a large number of LEDs are used in a module, these extremely poor conversion efficiency will cause heat treatment. The big problem.

When designing LED lamps, good heat dissipation design is the key to the normal operation of infrared lamps. And some so-called manufacturers use the so-called built-in fan heat dissipation method to reduce costs or to make the products have better sealing, but they forget that there is no air convection, and even the best fan may not be able to persist for long. time. This infrared product may have no problems at first, but slowly users will find that the distance is getting closer and closer, and the light intensity is getting weaker and weaker. This is because the fan was still working at the beginning and had to strike due to the rise in temperature. This heat causes the temperature of the LED module to rise, which affects the efficiency of the LED, impairs the life of magnetic components and output capacitors, reduces the reliability of the LED, and accelerates the light decay of the LED. In order to solve the problem of how to maintain the constant temperature of infrared products, our company uses two heat dissipation methods, air convection and substrate conduction, to keep the temperature of the infrared lamp always within the normal operating temperature range, so as to extend the life of the LED.
