As a key strategic member of the Kohler Leadership Team, Megan will report directly to Chair and CEO David Kohler. Her responsibilities will encompass oversight of all global legal, compliance, assurance and advisory, and security matters. She will ensure that Kohler maintains the highest standards in these critical areas, aligning with the company's values and long-term goals.
With over two decades of experience spanning multiple industries—including manufacturing, consumer goods, and food and agriculture—Megan brings a diverse background to her new role. Before joining Kohler, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal & External Affairs Officer, Corporate Secretary at Scoular, a privately held global agribusiness company. In this capacity, she successfully led the legal, compliance, and corporate functions. Prior to Scoular, Megan was the Vice President and Chief Counsel for Employment Law and Compliance at Conagra Brands, where she played a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives.
