"Key common technology of green production process for aluminum vanadium-titanium unconventional medium" passed the project

On March 26th, after the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” national science and technology support program “Key common technology of green production process of aluminum vanadium and titanium unconventional medium” undertaken by the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the related research tasks and financial audit work were completed. The project aims at the environmental, energy, and resource constraints in the conversion and utilization of amphoteric metals in China, focusing on the green production of the aluminum industry, and researching and developing key high-activity non-conventional media that can reduce pollution, high-efficiency clean conversion/separation key technologies, and advanced technologies. During the implementation period of three years, the project successfully completed the task of the project and established a 1,000-ton sub-molten salt high-alumina fly ash extraction alumina combined production high-value building materials green production demonstration project, completed a hundred kilograms of ions The verification test for the expansion of the liquid cryogenic electrolytic aluminum and vanadium/titanium green preparation process, applied for 13 national invention patents, and published 23 high-level academic papers.

The expert group first conducted an on-site inspection of the submerged-salt method high-alumina fly ash alumina extraction and co-production of silicon-based high-value building materials green production demonstration project. Subsequently, the project leader and deputy researcher Ma Shuhua gave a detailed introduction of the overall research progress of the project. The expert group listened carefully to the report and reviewed the project acceptance data. They conducted questions and discussions on relevant issues, and fully affirmed and implemented the implementation of the project and the research results. Evaluation, experts believe that the high-efficiency conversion of high-alumina fly ash unconventional medium - deep separation of silicon and aluminum - intermediate energy-saving preparation - new technologies and new devices for the preparation of metal aluminum by low temperature electrolysis of ionic liquids, outstanding achievements in energy saving, consumption reduction, and emission reduction The prospect of industrialization is clear and it is agreed to pass the acceptance check.
