What rules should be observed in underground cable laying?

In order to minimize and prevent cable accidents (leakage, short circuit) and ensure the safe operation of the power supply line, downhole cables (except cables connected to hand-held or mobile devices) must be suspended. The specific method (or standard) should comply with the following provisions:

(1) Cables shall be suspended by hooks in roadways with a horizontal roadway or inclination of less than 30 degrees; in shafts and wells with vertical shafts or inclinations of 30 degrees or more, the cables shall be laid with clips, clamps or other clamping devices. . The clamping device should be able to withstand the weight of the cable and must not damage the cable.

(2) Cables suspended in horizontal roadway or inclined roadway should have appropriate sag and be able to fall freely under accidental stress. The height of the suspension should ensure that the cable will not be impacted when the car falls off the track, and does not fall on the track or conveyor when the cable falls.

(3) The spacing of cable suspension points shall not exceed 3m in the inclined roadways of horizontal roadways, and shall not exceed 6m in shafts of shafts.

(4) The cable laid along the drilled hole must be fastened to the wire rope, and the drilled hole must be installed.

(5) The cable should not be hung on the air duct or water pipe, and must not be subjected to water spray. Do not hang anything on the cable.

When the cable is installed on the same side of the roadway as the air pressure pipe and the water supply pipe, it must be laid on top of the pipe and maintain a distance of more than 0.3m.

There are gas drainage pipelines hanging on both sides of the roadway.

The coil or disk "8" shape of the cable must not be charged, but the cable to the mining unit is not limited.

(6) The communication and signal cables in the wellbore and roadway should be separated from the power cable by the communication and signal cables in the laneway and should be on both sides of the power cable.

(7) When high and low voltage power cables are laid on one side of a roadway, the distance between high and low voltage cables shall be greater than 0.1m; the distance between high voltage cables and low voltage cables shall not be less than 50mm.

(8) Cables in underground tunnels shall be provided with numbers, uses, voltages, and cross-sections at certain distances, bends or branch points along the line, and at both ends of the junction box connecting the cables of different diameters and on both sides of the wall through the wall cable. Sign board.

(9) In order to avoid the impact of external force during cable operation, in the event of unsafe failures or accidents such as leakage, short circuit, etc., cables shall not be laid at the following locations:

No cables shall be laid in the main return airways and special return airways. In the case of laying cables in machinery-increased inlet tilt shafts (not including conveyors, downhills, and shafts with wooden supports), there must be reliable safety measures.

It is strictly forbidden to lay cables in lanes where coal, vermiculite, and materials slip.
