Since the thread is much stronger than other thread teeth, and the bolt is subjected to the tensile stress, the bolt is up. During the service life, fatigue fracture will occur first, so we believe that the main cause of bolt breakage is the service life.
In order to eliminate hidden dangers, the stud bolts were updated and the bolt structure and processing method were improved. The bolts of the original common design were redesigned as shown in the figure.
