Innovative Design for Partition Railings:
Traditional partition railings are typically connected directly to the railing structure, making them cumbersome to transport and difficult to assemble on-site. When dividing spaces, it's challenging to ensure a secure and uniform connection between sections, leading to instability and an unprofessional appearance. The original support structures were made from square tubes, which have thin walls and poor weldability. This makes them prone to deformation and damage during use, reducing their lifespan. To address these issues, the project team conducted brainstorming sessions and introduced a new design that enhances functionality and durability. By adding detachable connecting rods and securing the supports to the ground with expansion bolts, the system now offers improved stability and ease of use. The results have been highly satisfactory.
Key Features of the Detachable Partition Railing:
1. **Easy Disassembly and Transport**: The detachable design allows for individual components to be neatly stacked and transported, saving space and increasing efficiency. 2. **Strong and Stable Assembly**: When installed, the railing forms a cohesive unit, offering a neat and professional look. The support is securely fastened to the floor, ensuring long-term stability. 3. **Durable Material Choice**: The support is constructed using channel steel, which has significantly higher strength compared to square tubes. It resists deformation, has better weldability, and extends the service life of the structure while using less material.
Standard Construction Practices for Detachable Partition Railings:
The materials used include 50mm x 30mm and 25mm x 25mm square tubes, 200mm wide iron sheets with a thickness of 0.5mm, and channel steel measuring 100mm x 40mm x 5mm. The assembly also includes matching bolts, nuts, rivets, and expansion bolts.
The detachable partition railing consists of two main parts: the connecting rod section and the railing section.
**Connecting Rod Section**: - The connecting rod is made from a 50mm x 30mm square tube, with a length of 300mm. To enhance structural integrity, the support is welded to the center of the rod. - Round holes are drilled at both ends of the channel steel support, allowing for secure connections using expansion bolts. - Holes are also drilled in the center of one-eighth of the upper and lower sides of the square tube rods. Corresponding long holes are created on the sides of the railing’s square tubes to allow for flexible alignment during installation. - The entire connecting rod section is painted yellow for visibility and consistency.
**Railing Section**: - The railing is constructed using 25mm x 25mm square tubes, with a total length of 1500mm and a height of 1350mm. The spacing between adjacent square tubes is 125mm. - The overall color is yellow, with a white background and red text printed on the front. The middle features a slogan such as "Exploiting and Innovating, Pursuing Excellence," along with the company emblem representing the "Four-Building Enterprise." - The connecting rod and railing sections are joined using matching bolts and nuts, ensuring a flush and seamless finish at the top.
This improved design not only solves previous challenges but also sets a new standard for safety, aesthetics, and practicality in partition railing systems.
