The physical absorption is the use of a liquid absorbent having a relatively low volatility. It has a high affinity with the absorbed components, and is reused after it is saturated and cooled by heating. This method is used for exhaust gas with low atmospheric temperature, low temperature, and low concentration. The device is complex, the investment is large, the selection of absorbing liquid is difficult, and there is secondary pollution.

4. Direct combustion method: Use the heat released from combustion of auxiliary fuel such as gas or fuel to heat the mixed gas to a certain temperature (700-800°C), and stay for a certain time to burn combustible harmful gas. The method is simple in technology and low in equipment investment, but it has large energy consumption and high operating costs.

5. Catalytic combustion method: The exhaust gas is heated to 200 ~ 300 °C through the catalytic bed combustion, to achieve the purpose of purification. The method has low energy consumption, high purification rate, no secondary pollution, and simple and easy operation. It is suitable for the treatment of high-temperature and high-concentration organic waste gas. It is not suitable for the treatment of organic waste gas with low concentration and large air volume.

6. Adsorption method: (1) Direct adsorption method: The organic gas directly passes through the activated carbon and can reach a purification rate of 95%. The equipment is simple, the investment is small, and the operation is convenient. However, the activated carbon needs to be frequently replaced for low concentration and the pollutants do not need to be used. Recycling occasions. (2) Adsorption recovery method: After the organic gas is adsorbed on activated carbon, the activated carbon is saturated and desorption regeneration is performed with hot air.
