What are the conditions that plastic mold processing cooling water design should meet?

The correctness of cooling water design for plastic mold processing depends on the success or failure of mold processing. What are the conditions for the design of plastic mold cooling water?

Second, the margins of transporting water and inserting pins, ejector pins, division cylinders and inserts are designed as follows:

The inner mold below 1200MM, the margin of water transport and the margin of inserting pin, ejector pin, division tube and inserts are not less than 3.5MM:

2 The internal model of 200MM-400MM, the distance between the edge of the transport water and the inserting needle, ejector pin, division tube and insert material shall not be less than 4MM;

3Inner moulds larger than 200mm-400mm, the margin of water transport and the margins of inserting needles, ejector pins, division cylinders and inserts shall not be less than 4mm;

4 The inner mold of more than 400MM-600MM, the edge of the transport water and the margin of inserting needle, ejector pin, department cylinder and insert are not less than 5MM;

5 The inner mold is more than 600MM, the margin of water transporting and the margin of inserting pin, ejector pin, department cylinder and insert are not less than 8mm;

Third, transport water and gas top, hydraulic circuit is not less than 8MM;

Fourth, transport water side and pry mouth to avoid the edge is not less than 8MM;

Fifth, transport water edge and inner mold edge is not less than 10MM;

6. The same direction distance design for transporting water and transporting water;

1 when the two pipe joints are in the same direction, the distance between the centers is not less than 38 mm;

2 When the joint is in the same direction as the throat plug, the closest distance to the center is not less than 25mm;

3 When the two laryngeal plugs are in the same direction, the closest distance to the center is not less than 20 mm;
