Copper Wire Drawing Machine Lubricant Oil

1. Usage:
As a continuous copper wire, high speed drawing oil, it is suitable for wide range production drawing, mainly for super fine size wire drawing.

6. Storage:
Store it as non-dangerous goods, should be store in room, if stored under 6 degree, the oil density will adding or to be solid state, then need to be shifted to indoor temperature for some time, after it becomes to normal state, then can be used.

7. Using method:
Prepare dilution water as the standard of 0.3-0.5m³, then add the needed quantity to mix together. The dilution water is better to be deionized type, or can use domestic water. The advised mixing density is as followings or you can do little change according to your wire making technology. The density measure meter can choose the sugar degree meter ( 0-32 range is suitable)
