Increase productivity with OEE management tools

OEE=Availability × Performance Index × Quality Index
For example: OP100 equipment working time is 24h, planned to stop 20min before the shift, the actual fault is stopped for 180min, the production cycle is 14.1min, 83 pieces are produced on duty, no waste, and its OEE is 82%.
Availability = operating time / planned working time to assess the damage caused by the shutdown.
Availability = (24 × 60-180) ÷ (24 × 60-20) = 89%
Performance Index = Production Beat / (Total Operating Time / Total Production) used to evaluate the loss in production speed.
Performance index = 14.1 × 83 ÷ (24 × 60-180) = 93%
Quality Index = Qualified Product / Total Production, used to assess the loss of quality.
Quality index = 100%
Through analysis of the production line, analysis and formulation of rectification and preventive measures from production organization, logistics and distribution, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and tool management. After one month of improvement, the production capacity of the production line was successfully realized at 80 units/day. Above, the OEE value of the device is also stable above 80%.
