The main project of the first phase is a 500-mu plant, with a planned investment of about 600 million U.S. dollars. At present, nearly 200 million U.S. dollars have been invested. The second phase plans 500 mu, and the upstream and downstream industrial chain plans 500 mu, and the related supporting planning is 500 mu.
