He said that due to the mixed addition of tantalum and polytetrafluoroethylene, a new material has been successfully synthesized with silicon carbide as a matrix and reinforced silicon carbide nanofibers. They activate the sintering of the ceramic and increase the strength of the material because they prevent the propagation of cracks.
