Electromagnetic pulse valve installation

When installing an electromagnetic solenoid valve, please follow these important guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operation:

1. The ideal installation position for the solenoid valve is perpendicular to the horizontal pipe, with the coil facing upward. A tilt of up to ±30° is acceptable if space constraints require it. However, improper orientation may affect performance and reduce the service life of the valve.

2. Always verify that the technical specifications on the nameplate match your application requirements. Mismatched parameters can lead to operational failures or even damage to the system.

3. Ensure that the arrow marked on the valve body aligns with the actual flow direction of the medium. Incorrect installation can cause backflow, which may result in malfunction or damage.

4. It is highly recommended to install a water separator before the solenoid valve. This helps remove moisture and contaminants from the air supply, preventing clogging and extending the valve's lifespan.

5. In potentially explosive environments, always use explosion-proof solenoid valves to minimize the risk of sparks causing accidents. Safety should always be the top priority in such conditions.

6. Before installation, make sure to thoroughly purge the air line and the air bag. Residual debris or foreign particles can damage the internal diaphragm and cause the valve to fail prematurely.

7. If the solenoid valve malfunctions, consider installing a bypass valve. This allows for quick isolation of the faulty unit and makes maintenance or replacement easier without interrupting the entire system.

8. If the valve is not being installed immediately, store it in a dry, indoor environment with temperatures between 0°C and 40°C, and relative humidity below 80%. Avoid storing it outdoors or in areas with corrosive gases.

9. Upon receiving the package, check the contents against the packing list and verify the product model and nameplate information. Make sure all documentation, including the instruction manual and factory certificate, is included. If anything is missing or incorrect, contact the manufacturer promptly for assistance.

By following these steps, you can ensure proper installation, long-term reliability, and safe operation of your electromagnetic solenoid valve. Always refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines for specific details related to your model.
