China Gold Aluminum will start production of a new series of aluminum plates with an estimated capacity of 50,000 tons

Zhejiang Zhongjin Aluminum Co., Ltd. plans to put into operation a batch of new products in July - 1, 3, 5, and 8 series aluminum foil strips. The estimated production capacity will reach 50,000 tons.

On the afternoon of July 11, Chinalco.com reporter interviewed Ding, a member of China Gold Aluminum Corporation. It is understood that the company entered the commissioning stage of the casting and rolling mill at the end of May and commissioned the cold rolling mill and aluminum foil mill at the beginning of July, and it will be fully put into production at the beginning of August. The series of aluminum foil and foil technology put into operation this time has a high content, advanced equipment and production technology, and will be widely used in electrical, cable, electronics, food, medicine, printing and packaging industries.

Ding said that in October next year, China Aluminum Aluminum Phase II aluminum foil and foil will be put into operation. After the completion of the two phases, the production capacity is expected to reach 100,000 tons.

In addition, the reporter learned that China Aluminium Co., Ltd. will go to Shanghai to participate in the 2011 China International Aluminum Industry Exhibition on the 13th, will be the company's flagship product - the 8079 series aluminum foil, according to Ding, general introduction, this series of products At present, there are few manufacturers, high technical content, and the international market is relatively tight. NdFeB Magnet is prepared by powder metallurgy. Its main metallographic phase  is Nd2Fe14B. Currently, this magnetic material has the highest magnetic performance. Its strengths include strong anti-demagnetization, and high cost-effectiveness, while its drawbacks include temperature dependence and weak anti-corrosion. However, with proper treatment of coating or plating, and by selecting product of different coercive force under different circumstances, NdFeB magnet could basically meet the requirement of different customers.
Sintered NdFeB Magnets are the most powerful magnets known. Maximum allowed temperature varies, but is up to 240°C for some grades. This maximum temperature is important, because usually the price of the magnet increase with temperature.
The magnets consists of powder compacted in a magnetic field therefore they have process-fixed and limited magnetizing directions. Usually the magnetic field-lines have to be parallel in the material.

   Highest magnet strength available
   High resistance to demagnetization
   Operating temperature up to 240oC
   Good at withstanding low temperatures (down to – 100oC)
    Corrosion protection is however always recommended for sintered neodymium magnets, because of the materials low corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance of sintered NdFeB magnets can be compared to pure untreated iron.
    A range of different coatings are available but sometimes complete encapsulation in i.e. stainless steel is preferable.
