Second, the method of color detection of plastic parts is mainly visual inspection
Put the tested rubber parts and the standard board under the same light source, observe the color difference of the same measuring surface from the same angle, and then exchange the rubber parts with the standard board, observe the color difference in the same way, and then compare the color difference.
Third, the plastic parts products with color matching requirements, compare their color matching is OK.
Fourth, when the color of the plastic product is different from the standard swatch visual inspection:
a) When the beer signing board is opened, if the signer has a visual color deviation and cannot confirm whether the production can be approved, the QA duty person should be notified to confirm whether the production is approved;
b) If there is any deviation in the visual color of the QA in the spot check group, the signatory shall be notified immediately, and the signator or QA shall confirm the production or release the manufactured goods on duty;
c) If the QA staff in the equipment room has a visual color deviation, immediately notify the team leader and confirm whether the production or release of the produced product is approved by the team leader or QA.
5. If the visual inspection is difficult to confirm, use a color measuring instrument (color difference meter) to measure, and the overall color difference △E≤1 can be recognized for production or release.
