The correct installation of the hydraulic system includes the opening position of the pressure tap, the proper laying of the connecting pipe and the correct installation position of the instrument.

1, the location of the pressure port selection

1 Avoid areas where the pipe is bent, bifurcated, and the stream forms eddy currents.

2 When there is a protruding object (such as temperature measuring element) in the pipeline, the pressure tap should be taken in front of it.

3 When it is necessary to take pressure near the regulating valve, if the pressure receiving port is in front of it, the distance from the valve should be not less than 2 times the pipe diameter;

4 If the pressure port is behind, the distance from the valve should be no less than 3 pipe diameters.

5 For wide containers, the pressure tap should be in a region where fluid flow is smooth and there is no eddy current. In short, the position of the pressure tap determined in the process flow should be able to ensure that the process parameters to be selected are measured.

2. Laying of connecting pipes

1 The horizontal section of the connecting pipe should have a certain slope to facilitate the elimination of condensed liquid or gas.

2 When the measured medium is a gas, the duct should be tilted downward in the direction of the pressure tap;

3 When the measured medium is liquid, the duct should be inclined to the direction of the pressure measuring instrument;

4 When the measured parameter is a small differential pressure value, the inclination can be slightly larger.

5 If the pipe is turning up and down, the condensing liquid device should be placed at the lowest point according to the medium in the pipe or the venting device should be placed at the highest point to ensure that the condensed liquid is not accumulated in the pipe for a long time. Or gas affects the accuracy of the measurement.

6 Condensed liquid or gas should be discharged regularly.

3. The pressure gauge should be installed perpendicular to the horizontal plane.

4. The orientation of the meter should be oriented in a direction that is easy to operate and easy to observe.

5. The end of the pressure source component should not extend beyond the inner wall of the equipment or piping.

6. The pressure on the same pipeline is in front, the temperature is behind, and the hole spacing is greater than or equal to 200mm.

1 Measurement and protection The measuring points of the self-control instrument are not allowed to use the same hole.

2 Mainly avoid daily interaction, mutual influence, so that the protection and interlocking instruments are affected, thus interlocking other equipment to mediate.

7. When detecting turbid materials such as dust, solid particles or sediments, the source parts on the vertical and inclined equipment and pipelines should be installed obliquely upwards, and the material flow should be installed at an acute angle on the horizontal pipeline.
