(1) Flat open wooden doors and windows: The installation procedure for installing flat open wooden doors and windows is as follows:
1 Before installing windows and doors, determine the installation position of the door and window frame according to the 500 mm horizontal line from the ground and the coordinate reference line, and pop up the installation position line. Put the door and window frame on the installation position line, place it right, and fix it temporarily with a mold.
2 Align and straighten the door and window frame with a line sinker and level ruler, and fix the door window frame with a 100-mm nail on the tile embedded in the wall. The nail cap should be nailed into the frame after being flattened. There is no need to install a new door frame to renovate the old doors and windows, but the position of the door frame should pop up on the already wrapped door cover and the door frame must be nailed.
3 Put the door and window fan against the frame, plan the height and width of the door and plan it. After reaching the specified standard, remove the hinge slot, fix the hinge to the door and window fan, and install it on the door and window frame. The position of the hinge groove should be accurate to prevent the door leaf from twisting after being fixed.
(2) Suspended push-pull wooden doors and windows: Suspended push-pull doors and windows are pulleys in the upper part of the doors and windows, and the lower part is the sliding door opening and closing of the guide rails. Hanging type is mainly used for sliding doors. The installation procedures for hanging sliding wooden doors and windows are as follows:
1 When installing the hanging sliding door, the installation line of the upper beam, side frame plate and lower rail shall be determined according to the 500 mm horizontal line and coordinate reference line. Fasten the upper beam to the top of the door opening with screws and attach the side frame plate. Secure the side frame plate to the side of the hole wall with screws.
2 Remove the bolts and nuts from the hangers, place them on the I-beam guide rails, and fasten the I-beam guide rails to the bottom of the upper rails with screws. Fasten the lower rail with expansion bolts or plastic expansion tube screws. When installing the door leaf, first install the hanging bolt into the dedicated hole on the top of the door and use a wooden mold to level the door down the guide rail, and then use a nut to fix the hanging bolt and the hanging part, and check that the door edge matches the side frame plate. Fixed door stop, install the face.
(3)Deck push-pull door and window: The push-pull door and window is the sliding door and window of the pulley at the bottom of the door and window. It is mainly used for the installation of the sliding window. The installation procedure for the push-pull window is as follows:
1When installing the push-pull window, you should firstly use the elastic wire to determine the installation position of the upper, lower and side frame plates. Fix the lower frame plate on the bottom of the hole with screws and fix the side frame plate on the side of the hole wall with screws. The upper frame board is screwed to the top of the hole.
2 In the bottom frame plate, accurately mark the installation position of the steel slide chute. Use the screed to remove the wooden trough equal to the thickness of the steel skin on the frame plate, and use an adhesive to stick the steel chute to the wooden trough.
3 When installing the sash, the special wheel box is glued into the reserved hole under the sash at the bottom of the sash. After installing the window sash to the track, check whether the gap between the window edge and the side frame plate is equal to the width of the sash.
