Insufficiency of natural gas supply in Atushi City, Xinjiang

Since entering the winter, the natural gas supply in the Atushi City of Xinjiang has been insufficient. This has caused inconvenience to the production, living and heating of the urban residents. To this end, Atushi has taken various measures to ease the tense situation of urban residents.

On January 12th, in the lobby of the Atushi City Construction Bureau, people rushed in and the people who came to receive fuel-burning subsidies all smiled. Taxi driver Nugga was happy to tell reporters while counting the brand new ones. Now that the weather is so cold, we support the government's efforts to protect residents' use of gas and encourage us to change natural gas to gasoline. Now that we have sent so much money to us, we are really touched.

Since the winter, due to insufficient gas supply in the gas field, it has been unable to meet the residents' living and heating gas. In addition, due to the sudden drop in temperature over the past few days, the temperature in Atushi has reached a meteorological record, and the minimum value over the same period has been minus 17 degrees Celsius. The temperature in many citizens' homes is less than 10 degrees. The city of Atuch has coordinated and actively raised funds to ease the tense situation of the residents. Mr. Mutai Li, deputy mayor of Atushi City, told reporters: Since January 1, we have stopped the filling of the entire car and ensured that the 17,000 households had dinner and cooking problems for all office areas. At 9 o'clock this evening, they started to remove all of their gate valves to ensure that they were not frozen and that this part of the gas was put into our livelihood. One was to ensure cooking, and the other was heating. We also have a well in the gas field that is well 110. They have been connected to the grid, and these days it is expected that the gas will be normal at the latest when the commissioning is scheduled to take place on the 18th, so that everyone can feel safe and happy for a Spring Festival.

Currently, Atushi City has already provided 360,000 taxis and 50 buses for the city, and each vehicle has been given 2,600 yuan and 1,049 yuan in fuel and gas subsidy to ease the tension between the use of gas by urban vehicles and the tense gas of residents. At the same time, the city's 36 hot gas hotspots took a peak shift operation, and the hot gas heating operation time was divided into different segments.
